Preface
Major investment institutions can deploy dedicated research teams, data platforms, risk systems, and advanced computing resources at the same time. Individual investors and smaller institutions, by contrast, often cannot sustain the cost of such capabilities. EONVERA ADI seeks to bring together six capabilities—financial-world intelligence, adaptive model evolution, a multi-agent investment committee, scenario analysis, heterogeneous computing, and risk governance—into an investment intelligence service accessible according to defined permissions.
When the same intelligence infrastructure serves individuals, professional users, and large institutions, it must address access rights, computing costs, resource congestion, long-term fairness, and ecosystem participation. EADI Token is a staking-based access-rights protocol designed for these needs. It does not select securities on behalf of investors or allow token votes to dictate trades in client accounts. Instead, it makes research access, computing tiers, and participation rights verifiable.
Eonvera Capital is responsible for research and development, operations, client services, and risk oversight. ADI provides research, models, scenario analysis, and decision support. EADI Token governs staking-based access, computing tiers, and ecosystem matters that are not safety-critical. These distinct responsibilities underpin a sustainable global service ecosystem.
