- Parameter Change
14.1 Scope of Governance
EADI Token ecosystem governance coordinates the long-term development of the product and community. Appropriate governance matters include research-tool development priorities, investor education initiatives, developer support programs, certain non-safety-critical service rules, and community ecosystem resources. Ecosystem governance is neither an investment committee nor a client asset-management committee.
Client risk limits, trade approvals, client identity and data access, model safety thresholds, institutional contractual commitments, and emergency safeguards may not be changed directly through token-holder votes. Even an approved proposal must pass technical, security, and legal boundary checks.
14.2 Proposals, Deliberation, and Execution
Governance proceeds through proposal eligibility review, technical and risk assessment, public discussion, voting by eligible participants, a cooling-off period, and execution oversight. A protocol governance body authorized by Eonvera Capital administers the process and resolves disputes. Governance cannot override safeguards for client assets, compliance, privacy, or institutional contractual commitments.
Approved changes must not retroactively deprive participants of core staking entitlements already in effect. Changes to service tiers or resource-weighting parameters must be announced in advance, explain how old and new rules apply, and provide reasonable renewal or exit options.
