Leadership and Long-Term Responsibilities
Pietro Campanelli
Pietro Campanelli, Founder & CEO | Creator & Chief Architect of EONVERA ADI.
Pietro is responsible for Eonvera Capital's overall strategy, ADI's core technical direction, and its long-term commercialization. His approach to investment intelligence emphasizes continual collaboration among market understanding, model validation, risk governance, and computing capabilities, rather than entrusting capital decisions to a single unverified predictive model. With respect to EADI Token, he is responsible for ensuring that the token entitlement framework serves ADI's actual capabilities while maintaining clear boundaries with corporate governance.
Audrey Lim
Audrey Lim, Director of Investor Education & Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Audrey oversees investor education, user communications, cross-cultural engagement, coordination within the CEO's office, and ecosystem feedback. Because EADI Token staking involves wallets, access rights, lockups, unstaking, and computing tiers, the Investor Education Department helps users understand their actual entitlements, applicable risks, and governance rules.
Nathaniel Isaac Rosenfeld
Nathaniel Isaac Rosenfeld, Director of Digital Asset Investments.
Nathaniel is responsible for digital-asset market research, market structure, liquidity, risk analysis, and related investment activities. Within the EADI Token ecosystem, his professional role centers on evaluating digital-asset technology and market risks, liquidity research, and cross-functional coordination—not on unilaterally determining token supply or changing staking entitlements.
Separation of Management and Protocol Governance
Eonvera Capital's management is responsible for corporate operations, technology development, client protection, and compliance. Eligible staking participants take part only in governance matters within the prescribed scope. Protocol engineering, security, and governance functions separately oversee staking contracts, entitlement mapping, vulnerability response, and rule changes, preventing any single party from simultaneously controlling tokens, staked assets, and client investment decisions.
