Eonvera Capital is the investment management, R&D, and commercial operating entity. EONVERA ADI is the system comprising six core modules: the Global Financial World Model, Adaptive Model Evolution, the Machine Investment Committee, Causal and Scenario Intelligence, Heterogeneous and Quantum Computing, and Intelligent Risk Governance and Evolution. EADI Token is the token-based mechanism connecting service access, flexible computing entitlements, and limited ecosystem governance. The three are related but carry distinct responsibilities and legal boundaries.
The six modules form an integrated intelligence network. The Global Financial World Model establishes a shared view of market conditions; the adaptive model foundry evaluates research methods; the Machine Investment Committee coordinates specialist agents; the causal and scenario engine examines possible futures; the heterogeneous computing foundation allocates GPU, TPU, HPC, and QPU resources according to task requirements; and the risk governance module operates throughout the process. EADI Token does not alter the modules' professional judgments. It connects authorized access, computing tiers, and resource priority.
Eonvera Capital was founded in 2019, and ADI has been developed and refined since 2020. As ADI evolves from an internal investment research framework toward a globally accessible intelligence service, EADI Token is intended to connect long-term ecosystem participation with intelligence access and coordinated computing resources. Its protocol value lies not in replacing the asset manager or the AI system, but in establishing durable rules for service delivery.
